Swimming Pier
Lake Bunyonyi is safe for swimming. Its bilhazia free but can be very cold especially in July. To avoid thermal shock, first cool your body by splashing water onto yourself. From the pier, you can also enjoy the ambience of the lake and listen to the birdsong. The pier also gives a wonderful view of the Kyahugye, Mananira and Bushara Islands, which you may explore on a leisurely boat ride or a simple canoe.


BSR Hilltop Leisure Club.
The BSR Hilltop Leisure Club or Entertainment center is located on the hilltop overlooking the cottages. It has a panoramic view of the surrounding rolling hills, lake, islands and volcanoes. It is ideal for leisure, sports, camping, conferences and parties. There is a simple bar, television and music as well as clean toilet facilities. The gardens are well manicured and lush.


BSR Golf Course Guesthouse
Located on Makanga hill adjacent to the golf course, about 20 mins drive from the lakeshore resort. This beautiful house with well manicured gardens offers you a fully furnished home with a housekeeper. It is ideal for small families and couples, especially golf lovers. We can arrange golf games for you at the golf course at a small fee. The house can accommodate a maximum of 5 people inclusive of 1 couple in the master bedroom. The house is fully furnished and you can enjoy self-catering if you choose. It is also available for rent on a monthly basis.
