How do you evade paye legally?

Answer

Tax evasion by definition is the use of illegal means to avoid paying taxes. Typically, tax evasion schemes involve an individual or corporation misrepresenting their income to the Uganda Revenue Authority.

Am afraid therefore you can’t evade Pay As you Earn (PAYE) legally.

However, you can appoint an experienced tax consultant to assist your company/business with tax filling so that you can avoid paying penalties and double taxation issues that could arise from poor self tax assessment.
