1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
Pinch of nutmeg or cinnamon
Place everything in a blender and pulse until completely mixed and smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
