This energy boosting Papaya, Green Apple and Orange Smoothie is rich in vitamins and fibre.

While the fruits and curds energize you, the lingering, mildly tangy flavour of this smoothie refreshes your taste buds too!
Use only ripe papayas for this drink. If you do not find green apples, just use red apples instead; that tastes top too!

Papaya, Green Apple and Orange Smoothie recipe - How to make Papaya, Green Apple and Orange Smoothie

Ingredients


3 cups chilled papaya cubes
2 cups chilled green apple cubes (unpeeled)
3/4 cup chilled orange segments
2 tbsp honey
1/4 cup low-fat curds (dahi)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup ice-cubes

Directions


Combine all the ingredients and blend in a mixer till smooth and frothy.

Pour equal quantities of the smoothie into 5 individual glasses and serve immediately.
