Answer:
For company incorporation budget Between USD2500 -USD3000 if you intend to use the services of a reputable law firm in Uganda
Investment License, Tax registration are normally included in a good package.
Stamp duty will be calculated according the amount of share capital you have declared, which does not normally exceed 1%.
Work permits, Social Security and industry specific registration have varying fees and are thus handled separately.

Some of the legal documents you will submit to be fully registered include;
Memorandum and Articles of association, Company Form 7, and a return of allotment form.

Currently incorporation is done Offline and if you want to come over to just already finished registration forms
then you need to first hire a consultant/laywer to prepare you registration documents and when the forms are ready,
they can be mailed to you for signing or kept with the lawyer until you arrive in Uganda to sign the forms.

Typically, you will have to give your consultant some probable COMPANY NAMES you which to call your company,
then she does a company name search to check availability of the names you suggested, once a name is chosen,
Your business Consultant/Lawyer will pay some fees to reserve the company name for atleast 30days wherein ,
she can file your complete company incorporation documentation.

You can give this process some 2weeks to 1month for the company registration to be complete.

If you have to hire employees, you will need to give them an appointment letter, Salary/wage, Health Insurance, Annual Leave ,
pay the Social Security fees and also their Pay as you earn taxes.

Your can register a 100% foreign company or a Company with some local stake if you wish to save on your
capital costs because the Uganda economy is fully libralized both current and capital accounts, meaning,
you can bring and take your money out of the Uganda economy at any time.
