Costs of Registering a Company

And We would be happy to help you, but we currently do not offer company registration services in Tanzania.

In Uganda, you would to incorporate a company, get an investment license, a register for tax and get a Tax Identification Number (TIN).

If you would do this all by yourself moving from one government office to another you could potentially/officially spend less money.

However, this almost never happens, you need to hire a lawyer and pay close to USD3000 for company incorporation alone.

If you take the "cheap" route then you're likely to spend months without getting your registration documentation approved.
