As of this date, all rafters, kayakers and boaters will no longer be able to travel down the river past the project site. These and other river users including swimmers and fishermen should exercise extreme caution when active in waters upstream and avoid the diversion area as river flows will be highly turbulent snd unpredictable.

By this notice BEL is also advising all tour operators and tourist bureaus to notify their customers that this change in the river regime is taking place and water activities should not be planned in the project area after the above date.

In the second last paragraph, I think, you have a spelling mistake. It says 'snd' instead of 'and'.
