How to Cook Beef/Meat Stew - Method three (3)

Smoke the meat /roast meat for some time until brown

Smoke or roast using the charcoal covered with banana peelings

Place meat on banana peelings then cover with banana leaf,turn meat over one side until brown.

Cut meat (beef into mouthful pieces)

Chop all other ingredients into relatively big pieces

Put beef in a casserole (oven proof dish with a well fitting lid) we call it Bokisi in Luganda, then put in the rest of the ingredients.

Pair in stock /water half way the meat

Cover and steam until cooked and tender

Serve in the Casserole
