How to Cook Beef Stew - Method two (2)

Cut meat (beef into mouthful pieces)

Chop all other ingredients into relatively big pieces

Put beef in a casserole (oven proof dish with a well fitting lid)
Bokisi,then put in the rest of the ingredients.

Pair in stock /water half way the meat

Cover and steam until cooked and tender

Serve in the Casserole
