Vanilla Bean Creamsicles Recipe
How to make Vanilla Creamsicles

1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 vanilla bean
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter
In a large saucepan, whisk together the cream, milk, sugar, and cornstarch.
Make a slit to the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape the seeds into the pan then add the whole vanilla bean.
Bring to a boil. Once boiling, cook another 3-5 minutes or until the mixture thickens slightly.
Remove from the heat and remove the vanilla bean.
Stir in the vanilla and butter until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a popsicle mold or paper cups and add popsicle sticks.
Freeze until firm, preferably overnight.
