Roast/smoke meat cut in small piecesGet all ingrendietes and cut as above as in the 1st luwombo Method.Heat oil and put onions until softAdd all other vegetable ingredients and salt then cook until soft.Add the spices ,boil a bit add little water/stock.Place half meat in Luwombo leaf then put half cooked mixture, then meat and top with the remaining mixture.Cover with a small luwombo leaf and then wrap nicelySteam as in the above method.Variations: Use unroasted /smoked meat and prepare either in method one or two of the Luwombo.
