How to cook Goat Meat Stew in Uganda, Method (3) three

Stew cooked in a box (Casserol) traditional way/Steaming.

Roast /Smoke meat as in Method 2

Cut into mouth full pieces

Blanch tomatoes, and Chop onions, garlic, carrot , cotmill, green pepper, irish pods.

Season the meat with salt, Royco

Put meat in the in the box (Casserol)

And all the ingredients

Add enough water/stock stir well cover and put to steam.
Ie prepare saucepan with banana stocks, place the box/casserole and then cover nicely with banana leaves to prevent escape of steam (to converse the steam)

Steam for about an hour.
