How to cook Goat Meat Stew in Uganda, Method (2) two

Roast/Smoke the Goat meat as Beef

Smoke the Goat meat /roast meat for some time until brown

Smoke or roast using the charcoal covered with banana peelings

Place Goat meat on banana peelings then cover with banana leaf, turn meat over one side until brown.

Cut goat meat into small mouthful pieces

Blanch tomatoes and Chop onions, Garlic

Put the oil in the saucepan, heat until it starts smoking ,add the onions ,garlic, fry until golden brown.

Add tomatoes and salt ,stir cover, until tomatoes are soft,then add the meat cover a little more.

Add all other ingredients.stir cover until it gives a good flavor.

Add enough water/stock stir well cover and cook.

When it boils, reduce temperature, (simmer) until meat is tender & cooked.
