How to cook Goat Meat Stew in Uganda, Method (1) one

Cut meat into mouthful pieces

Blanch tomatoes & cut into pieces

Chap Onions, Garlic, Carrots and green pepper.

Put meat ,onions and garlic in a saucepan, and then put to cook covered.

When it boils for two minutes, add tomatoes & salt ,stir well, cover, cook and stirring occasionally.

When tomatoes are soft, add the remaining ingredients ( ie green pepper, coatmeal. arrow root. Royco, Stock cues ),stir well cook until it boils.

Add water to stock to cover meat up to 2cms/1 inch above the meat,boil and then simmer until cooked and meat is tender.
