Chocolate and Vanilla Ice Cream
How to make Chocolate and Vanilla Ice cream

Vanilla flavour custard powder 3 teaspoons
Chocolate icecream powder 6 teaspoons
Cornflour 2 teaspoons
Milk 750 millilitres
Sugar 4 teaspoons
Cashewnuts roughly chopped 5-6
Almonds roughly chopped 5-6
Dark chocolate roughly chopped 100 grams
Make a paste of cornflour, custard powder and chocolate powder in half milk.
Heat the remaining milk in a large non stick pan add the paste to it and bring it to boil till it becomes thick and stirring continuously for ten to fifteen minutes.
Add the sugar. Cool it to a room temperature and pour this in an ice cream tray.
Keep it in the freezer for one hour to set. After this blend it in a mixer to become soft.
Then pour this in an icecream tray add small pieces of chocolate, almonds and cashewnuts.
Freeze it for one-two hours to set.
Add chocolate syrup over it and your delicious icecream is ready to eat.
