Question:
Hello,

Do I need to have a booking of a hotel or guesthouse when I want to buy a visa upon arrival?
Do I need to take a letter of my Ugandan contact?

Dear, I thin you do not have to show up with a hotel booking. But you should at least know the Name of the Uganda Hotel where you plan to stay and the hotel address for purposes of filling in the visa application form. The contact address of your Ugandan contact is also acceptable.
