Swedish girls

QUESTION:

We are 2 swedish girls who have booked a flight to Uganda/Entebbe in January, we are going to look for malaria ill and polio ill children in Lira for 2 weeks (18 days in Uganda). We have some problems where to get Visas. Uganda has no Embassy in Sweden, so where do we search for Visas?
