Regarding Child Born There and its Citizenship

Question: hi.. this is Mehul Again.. and thanx for replying my previous question.. and yeah it was was useful for me.. as i have mentioned that my wife if pregnant and if we go to Uganda and if she delivers a baby while we there at Uganda.. than what will be the citizenship of our baby.. as we are indian citizen.. so does our baby get the Uganda Citizenship directly or we have to stay there for few yrs. or so.. pls do let me know about this

Answer: If the child is born in Uganda, She or He will be a Ugandan Citizen by birth but an Indian citizen by descend.
